Refund Eligibility:
a) Eligible Cases:
If the project is canceled by Genixy due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations on our end.
If we fail to initiate or complete the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
If the client experiences dissatisfaction with our services and can provide valid reasons for the request.
b) Ineligible Cases:
Refunds will not be granted if the project is canceled by the client after commencement.
Refunds will not be issued if the client has already approved the deliverables or milestones of the project.
Refunds will not be given if the project’s progress is hindered by the client’s failure to provide essential materials or information in a timely manner.
Refunds will not be provided if the client breaches the terms and conditions of the service agreement.
Requesting a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, the client must notify Genixy in writing via email at support@genixy.io or through our customer support portal.
The refund request must include:
Client’s name and contact information.
Detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.
Any supporting evidence or documentation, if applicable.
Refund Evaluation:
a) Genixy will review the refund request thoroughly and assess its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above.
b) We may request additional information or clarification from the client during the evaluation process.
Refund Process:
a) If the refund request is approved, Genixy will process the refund within 30 days after the approval notification.
b) The refund amount will be based on the percentage of the project completed up to the refund date and any applicable deductions.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, Genixy may offer partial refunds if certain portions of the project were completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Disputes:
If a client disagrees with our refund decision, they have the option to submit a dispute. The dispute will be reviewed by our management team, and the final decision will be communicated to the client.
Changes to Refund Policy:
Genixy reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
